Acceptable Use Policy
What you must not do
You must not use Bookzyr to:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that breach the Spam Act 2003 or Do Not Call Register Act 2006
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or underlying systems
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data outside of the documented APIs and export tools
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Use the Service to facilitate fraudulent or deceptive activity, money laundering, or processing chargebacks in bad faith
- Abuse, harass, or threaten Bookzyr staff or other users
- Re-sell or sub-licence the Service without our written consent
SMS & email
Operators are responsible for the content they send through Bookzyr's SMS / email channels. You confirm you have consent from each recipient and that messages comply with applicable law and any third-party platform rules (Twilio, AWS SES, etc.).
Reasonable use
The Service is provided for legitimate booking-business operations. Excessive automated traffic, deliberate API abuse, or use that materially impacts other tenants may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@bookzyr.com.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach without prior notice. Repeat or material breaches will not be reinstated.
