Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices on this page are in AUD and quoted exclusive of 10% GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers.
Do I really get 14 days free with no credit card?
Yes. Sign up with an email, set up your salon, take real bookings. We'll only ask for payment details after the trial — and you can cancel anytime before then with no charge.
How does the per-team-member pricing work?
On the Team plan, you pay $19.95/month for each activestaff member with calendar access. Add or remove staff at any time and your bill adjusts on the next cycle. Front-of-house staff who don't take bookings don't count.
What about part-time staff?
Same flat rate. Whether your stylist works 10 hours or 40, they're $19.95/month. We don't penalise small teams or part-timers (looking at you, Timely).
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Never. Pay month-to-month, cancel any time, export your data freely. We'd rather earn your business each month than lock you in.
What's included in the 1.7% + 30¢ payment rate?
Card present (tap, dip, swipe), card not present (online deposits, manual entry), Apple Pay, Google Pay — all the same rate. No monthly terminal fee. Automated payouts on a schedule that suits you. Rate is exclusive of 10% GST.
Do I get a free terminal?
On the Team plan, yes — one free card terminal shipped on signup. On the Enterprise plan, multiple terminals across locations are included. Independent uses mobile tap-to-pay on your iPhone or Android (no extra hardware needed).
How are SMS and email charged?
Per message sent. Independent: 15¢ per SMS / 4¢ per email. Team: 12¢ per SMS / 2¢ per email. Enterprise: volume-discounted custom rate. Charges appear on your monthly invoice. All rates exclusive of 10% GST.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade in seconds; downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Your data, clients and bookings carry across.
How does data import work?
Free, one-click import from Booksy, Fresha, Timely, Square, or a CSV. Your client list, services, and upcoming bookings come with you. We'll keep your old booking link working during the transition so no client falls through the cracks.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of your billing cycle. Export your client list, bookings and reports any time — they're your data. We don't hold anything hostage.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits or schools?
Yes — registered non-profits and accredited training schools get 30% off Team and Enterprise plans. Drop us a line via the contact form to apply.
