Refund Policy
Subscription refunds
Bookzyr subscriptions are billed in advance. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the Service was not delivered as described). You can cancel at any time and your account stays active for the remainder of the paid period.
Trial periods
Free trials end automatically. We do not auto-charge until you explicitly add a payment method and confirm the subscription.
Customer-side refunds (bookings paid through a Bookzyr-powered shop)
Refunds for service bookings are issued by the shop you booked with, not by Bookzyr. Each shop sets its own cancellation window and fee — you can see these on the shop's booking page before confirming.
How to request
Email billing@bookzyr.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
